Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will drive recent business and revenue across both companies.
The company offers the following:
• Fractional CMO consultancy for small and mid tier brands.
• Digital Organic Marketing Initiatives - Social Media Management, Content Curation, SEO, AEO, Martech implementation, etc.
• End to end Paid media planning and buying across all Digital channels.
• D2C Campaign management





The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and reports directly to the Founder, working closely with the delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development
• Identify and target brands, D2C and e-commerce companies, apps, BFSI and other performance-driven advertisers, as well as Agencies that need media-tech partners.
• Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp), referrals, networking and industry events.
• Use the free marketing audit and growth audit as entry points to convert prospects.

Consultive Selling and Closure
• Run discovery meetings to understand client goals, funnel challenges and budgets.
• Position the right mix of services, such as Consultancy, Organic initiatives, OTT/CTV, lead generation, app marketing, quick-commerce advertising, influencer campaigns, performance marketing, branding or martech.
