The Team You'll Lead: Marketing
Suspire's full-stack marketing team isn't just about promotions; it owns our end-to-end digital
presence, brand voice, customer journeys, content, data analysis and revenue-generating
initiatives. We also build products and in-house technology. Suspire sits at an exciting
intersection of brand, customers and B2B clients, so marketing here touches almost every part




of the business. You'll lead a dynamic department that drives real business and proactively
accelerates Suspire’s growth journey.

The Role
Own marketing at Suspire as our Marketing Manager at a pivotal moment. The role sits between
a brand manager and a growth marketer, with a product mindset: you will set how the brand
shows up, own growth and the best use of budgets, and help shape the features and products
that serve our customers, our partner brands and our B2B clients.You will be a driving force behind our recent branding and repositioning, and behind taking Suspire to its next level. This is not a one-dimensional role: the right person sees how every decision lands on sales, customers, finances and brand reputation, and decides accordingly.
