We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join our technology team. This position requires a professional with strong expertise in Java development, microservices architecture, performance optimization, and contemporary AI-assisted development practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Spring Data JPA and Hibernate ORM, including entity modelling, transaction management, query optimization, and database interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy discussions
• Use AI tools to accelerate solution design and technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (ADO – MSAzure)
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into development workflows while maintaining security and compliance
• Document technical designs, processes, and system architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using core Java technologies, in Spring Data JPA and Hibernate ORM
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following industry best practices
• Develop and optimize workflow automation using Camunda BPM platform
• Design and implement efficient database solutions using SQL and performance tuning techniques
• Conduct performance analysis, tuning, and optimization of applications and systems
• Leverage AI tools like Claude for code generation, optimization, and problem-solving
• Utilize AI-assisted development for code reviews, documentation, and technical analysis
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding st
