The Human Resources Intern role at HavStrategy is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

Responsibilties-
-Day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and documentation
-responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries
-Preparing HR reports,



supporting internal communications, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications
• Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Skills related to HR Policies and their practical implementation.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and basic benefits administration.
• Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Degree pursuing from top colleges
• Proficient in Google suite tools and comfortable working with HR documentation and spreadsheets.
• Candidates with prior internship or project experience in HR or office administration will be considered a plus.
