Role Description - This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Demand Generation Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients through inside sales activities,



outbound outreach, and lead generation campaigns. The role involves engaging with decision-makers, understanding their employee healthcare needs, and scheduling meetings or demos for the business development and sales teams. The individual will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on inbound and outbound leads, and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and client success teams is expected to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and support overall go-to-market initiatives.
