iThink Media is a Mumbai OOH (out of home) advertising agency. We sell billboard and LED screen campaigns to brands across real estate, auto, FMCG and BFSI. We're a small team, and we want to become the fastest, sharpest agency in Mumbai, with AI running through everything we do.

We're hiring one person to make that happen. Not to write a strategy deck about it, but to build it, ship it and get our team using it every day.

What this role really is
You'll be the only person doing AI at iThink. There's no tech team behind you and no one to hand things off to. Sales, operations, accounts, design, events and management will all come to you. You decide what to build first, build it, document it and make sure people actually use it. If something repetitive is slowing down any part of the company, it's yours to fix.

Where you'll start (examples, not limits)
• A lead engine that finds brands about to spend, researches the decision maker and drafts personalised emails
• Follow ups and meeting scheduling that run on their own, with everything logged in our CRM
• A WhatsApp to CRM flow,



so our team updates deals by sending a message
• Meeting minutes, action items and follow up emails sent to the right people the same day
• Agents for pitches, proposals, reports and AI mockups

After that, the list keeps growing, and it won't stay in sales.

What you'll need
• 2 to 5 years building automations that real teams actually use
• Proof that you've built and owned things on your own, end to end, without a team behind you
• Hands on experience with n8n, Make or Zapier, plus APIs and webhooks
• Strong with Claude or ChatGPT, including the API, structured outputs and prompt design
• At least one CRM integration you've built yourself (Freshsales, HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
• Transparent written English. Your emails will land in front of CMOs
• The judgement to prioritise, say no, and know what not to automate
• The habit of documenting everything, so your systems keep running without you
