Role Description This full-time, in office Channel Sales Manager role is based in Indore and focuses on driving sales growth through channel partners in designated markets. The Channel Sales Manager will identify, onboard, and manage channel partners,



build strong relationships, and ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to sell the company’s agro-commodity portfolio effectively. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, developing channel sales strategies, conducting regular performance reviews, and coordinating promotional activities and partner training. The Channel Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams for pricing, product information, logistics coordination, and customer issue resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, market analysis, reporting on channel performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and partner satisfaction.
