The roleYou will build and run Pisteyo's demand engine for the US market, from India. Your job is to turn Pisteyo's real client work into a steady flow of qualified US pipeline.
• You own the full funnel: positioning in market, content, channels, campaigns, and conversion
• You work directly with partners and delivery leads to turn project wins into proof
• This is a builder role. Expect to set up the system, not inherit one

What you'll ownStrategy and positioning
• Build the annual and quarterly US marketing plan with transparent pipeline targets




• Define ideal customer profiles and buyer personas: CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders at US mid-market and enterprise firms
• Sharpen Pisteyo's messaging so it stands out in a crowded AI services market

Content and thought leadership
• Run an editorial calendar: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and video
• Turn client outcomes into case studies with partners and delivery leads
• Ghostwrite and manage LinkedIn presence for Pisteyo leadership
• Write in clear, natural US business English

Demand generation and channels
• Own LinkedIn as the primary channel: organic, paid, and Thought Leader Ads
• Run account-based marketing for named US target accounts
• Plan and run Google Ads and retargeting where they earn their spend
• Drive webinars, virtual events, and support for US conferences
• Build email nurture sequences that move leads from interest to meeting

Website, SEO, and conversion
• Own Pisteyo's webs
