About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Delivery Excellence to lead large-scale technology and delivery operations across multiple accounts and strategic engagements.
The role will be responsible for delivery leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, people leadership, and successful execution of strategic technology and business programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Technology Delivery, Product Engineering, Software Development, Client Management, P&L;/financial management, and leading large cross-functional teams.
The candidate should have a good understanding of digital learning ecosystems, software development lifecycle, content and technology delivery, product engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, and enterprise technology operations.
Prior experience in EdTech, Digital Learning, Learning Services, Publishing, SaaS, or Technology Services will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Operational Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery operations across Technology, Product,



Content, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations.
• Ensure successful execution of strategic engagements while maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish robust delivery practices, accountability, and execution discipline across the organization.
• Manage multiple accounts and delivery functions while ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.
• Identify delivery challenges proactively and drive timely resolution of critical issues and escalations.
• Continuously improve delivery effectiveness, productivity, quality, and operational performance.

2. Business & Financial Management
• Own delivery-related revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and financial performance.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams on business growth, renewals, account expansion, and new opportunities.
