Co-founder & COO — Eshelon Zero | Chennai
Eshelon Zero is a Chennai-based dental technology and manufacturing company. We make dental equipment and consumables, and we're building a B2B2C brand around bringing more dental manufacturing capabilities closer to the clinic.
I'm Naveen, an ISB alumnus and second-generation entrepreneur from a ceramics manufacturing family with ~25 years of manufacturing experience behind us. I trained in ceramics at Loughborough and Anna University. I'm also advised by a founder with three successful exits in the startup ecosystem.
We're now looking for a Co-founder & COO to build and run the operating side of the company with me.
What you'd own
You'd own operations across the business.
On the equipment manufacturing side:
• Production and manufacturing operations
• Supplier and vendor management
• Quality control and process improvement
• Scaling production as orders grow

On the dental brand side:
• Setting up and operating our first dental lab
• Building the processes and team required to run it




• Maintaining consistent crown quality and turnaround times

Across both businesses, you'd also own:
• Quality systems, certifications and regulatory approvals
• Building the early operations team
• Working closely with me on fundraising and investor discussions
• Creating the systems and processes that allow us to scale

This is an early-stage role, so you'll need to be comfortable going from strategy to execution and getting your hands dirty when required.
Who we're looking for
• Engineering degree, ideally manufacturing or industrial engineering. Mechanical engineering is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, medtech, healthtech or a related operating workplace.
• You've actually run something, a plant, production line, laboratory, supply chain or similar operation.
• Comfortable working with quality systems and regulated products.
• Based in Chennai, with Bangalore likely to become an important market as we scale.
