Role Description The Business Manager (Sales) will be responsible for driving commercial interior project sales and managing key client relationships in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in office role that involves identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting MaskotPlan’s solutions across offices,



retail, and other commercial segments. The role includes overseeing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and cost estimates, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover to project delivery teams. The Business Manager (Sales) will collaborate with design, operations, and vendor management teams to align client expectations, track project progress, and support customer satisfaction. The position also requires monitoring market trends, providing sales forecasts, and contributing to the development of sales strategies and processes.
