Role Description The Life Mitra role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The Life Mitra will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, explain SBI Life’s products, and recommend suitable Protection, Pension, Savings, and Health solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, completing proposal documentation, and supporting customers throughout the policy lifecycle, including premium payments and basic service requests. The role involves achieving assigned sales and service targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The Life Mitra will collaborate with local branch teams and managers, participate in training programs, and contribute to building long-term customer relationships in the Vadodara market.
