Role Description The Business Development Associate – International Market (WFO) | Night Shift is a full-time remote role focused on growing Bhanzu’s presence across global markets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective partners and customers, and nurturing relationships across international regions. The role involves performing market research on target geographies, preparing and delivering clear presentations about Bhanzu’s offerings, and supporting sales funnels from initial contact through conversion. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from international prospects, and track performance metrics for continuous improvement. This position requires working night shifts aligned to international time zones while maintaining timely and skilled communication with stakeholders.
