Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha, responsible for driving room and event revenue while building long-term relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, and conducting property visits and client meetings. The role involves developing and executing sales plans,



coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales events.
