Role Description Role PurposeThe Sales & Marketing Manager will grow Pinnacle's order book by building a qualified pipeline across our EPC, energy-storage and power-advisory verticals. The role owns the full cycle from market mapping and lead generation to techno-commercial negotiation and order closure, and leads the company's brand and digital marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business with industrial, commercial, institutional, utility and developer clients for substation EPC, solar EPC, BESS, metering, Open Access advisory, earthing and E-BOSS™ services.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline in CRM, with regular forecasts and pipeline reviews.
• Track public and private tenders (GeM, MSEDCL, MSETCL, PGCIL, PSUs and corporate RFQs); coordinate bid/no-bid decisions with the tendering team.
