Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop customers for pharma intermediates, APIs, KSMs and specialty chemicals.
• Generate leads through India and international markets, online research, databases, exhibitions and industry networks.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, CDMO partners and suppliers for price, capacity, specifications, MOQ and delivery timelines.
• Maintain customer and product databases including CAS No., specifications, applications and target markets.
• Develop relationships with pharma companies, API manufacturers, formulation companies, distributors and traders.
• Track competitor pricing, market trends and new product opportunities.
• Coordinate samples, COA, MSDS, technical documents and customer qualification requirements.
• Follow up on RFQs and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain CRM/Excel reports for leads,



enquiries, quotations, conversion and sales pipeline.
• Support export sales including documentation and coordination with logistics.

Candidate Profile• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in pharma, API, intermediates, chemicals or related industries.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or similar preferred.
• Basic understanding of CAS numbers, chemical specifications, COA/MSDS and pharma applications.
• Positive communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-generation ability.
• Comfortable using Excel, LinkedIn, email and CRM tools.
• Willingness to develop international customers and export markets is an advantage.
