Business Development Intern – Education & Outreach

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern who wants to gain hands-on exposure to sales, communication, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development in the education sector.
The intern will primarily connect with teachers, educators, students, and education professionals over calls and WhatsApp to introduce them to our upcoming free masterclasses, webinars, and learning sessions and encourage them to register.
This role is designed to provide practical exposure to how businesses build relationships, communicate value, generate interest, and convert prospects into participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to teachers, students, and prospective participants.
• Introduce upcoming free masterclasses, webinars, and educational programs.
• Understand the participant's interests and communicate the relevant benefits of the session.
• Encourage and assist interested participants with registration.




• Follow up with interested leads through calls or WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding registrations and participation.
• Collect basic feedback and insights from participants.
• Identify potential opportunities for deeper engagement with schools, teachers, and educators.
• Support the team in outreach campaigns and other business development activities.
