This full-time, on-site Inbound Tour Consultant role is based in South West Delhi.

Job Role: The role involves responding to inbound travel inquiries, understanding traveler preferences, and designing customized tour itineraries for guests visiting India and neighboring destinations.

• The consultant will prepare detailed proposals, costings, and travel documents.
• Create the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners, and ensure smooth tour operations from initial inquiry to final departure.
• Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, updating customer records, handling changes and special requests, and communicating clearly and promptly with clients and suppliers.
• The role also requires maintaining destination product knowledge, contributing ideas to improve tour offerings, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
• Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).

Qualifications
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills,



with the ability to understand traveler needs and provide explicit, professional communication.
• Experience in itinerary planning, tour operations, and reservation management within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort using booking systems, office productivity tools, and online research to source and confirm travel services.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indian and regional destinations (India, Nepal, Bhutan) and interest in culture and travel experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace in South West Delhi (Sec-23, Dwarka).
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field; prior experience as a travel consultant or in inbound tourism is preferred.
