About The Role
This isn't a role where you post a JD and wait for resumes to trickle in. You'll be out there — sourcing, screening, building relationships, and closing the gap between "we need someone" and "welcome to the team."
You'll work closely with teams to understand what each role actually needs, not just what the job title says, and bring in people who can genuinely deliver. From your first search to the candidate's first day,



you'll own the process.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Hunting down outstanding talent: Source entry-level and junior candidates for technical roles across multiple channels - job boards, social media, referrals, and beyond.
• Makes the Numbers Tell a Story: Helps build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, keeping people's data accurate and current.
• Building hiring strategy together: Collaborate with team members to identify hiring needs and shape sourcing strategies that actually work.
• Making the first cut count: Screen resumes and run initial interviews to assess whether a candidate is genuinely the right fit.
• Keeping the pipeline clean: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Writing JDs people actually read
