About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven IT Sales Head / Sales Director to lead international business development, revenue growth and sales team expansion.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Services, Software Products and Staff Augmentation, with a proven track record of handling international clients, closing high-value deals and building sales teams.

Key Responsibilities• Drive end-to-end international sales and business development across GCC, US, UK, Singapore and other global markets.
• Generate and close business across IT Services, Software Products, Staff Augmentation, Fixed-Cost Projects and ODC models.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with CXOs, enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Own the complete sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, proposals,



negotiation, closure and account management.
• Build, mentor and lead the sales team.
• Drive both inbound and outbound sales and develop new market opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to convert client requirements into solutions.
• Travel internationally for client meetings and business development when required.

Requirements• 12+ years in IT Sales / Business Development with 6+ years in team management.
• Strong recent experience in IT Services, Software Products and Staff Augmentation.
• Proven international sales and enterprise client acquisition experience.
• Solid network across GCC / US / UK / Singapore is an advantage.
• Current revenue ownership of ₹1 Cr+ per month or equivalent preferred.
