Role Description The Customer Technical Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve product or service-related issues through phone, email, and chat. Daily activities include troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through solutions, documenting cases, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and service quality. This position requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on delivering timely, accurate support.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to manage inquiries, build rapport, and maintain positive customer relationships.
