Role Description The Unit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing a team that promotes and sells life insurance solutions. The role includes managing daily sales activities, guiding team members in achieving business targets, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards.



The Unit Manager will drive customer acquisition, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and support them in selecting appropriate insurance products aligned with their needs. Typical duties include monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, conducting regular review meetings, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and preparing reports on unit performance.
