We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands how digital platforms work, loves numbers and knows how to turn marketing budgets into measurable results.
? What You'll Do• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
• Manage paid campaigns with a focus on leads, conversions and ROI
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CVR and ROAS
• Assist in managing and allocating digital advertising budgets
• Develop and execute social media growth strategies
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for campaign assets and ad creatives




• Support SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign and audience data to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Track digital marketing trends and experiment with new platforms, formats and strategies
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights

? What We're Looking For• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Robust understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization
• Experience handling digital advertising budgets
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing and content marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards and campaign data
• Good communication and coordination skills
