• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, customer service, sales, billing, procurement, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering for logistics processes such as shipment booking, tendering, routing guide, spot bidding, order consolidation, multi-stop shipment creation, multi-commodity orders, pickup operations, account creation, and account updates.
• Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for research, requirements discovery, and business analysis. Ability to leverage AI for creating requirements artifacts such as user stories, process/workflow diagrams, use cases, and documentation. Robust prompt engineering skills with the ability to design effective prompts to improve productivity and analysis outcomes.
• Analyze current-state logistics workflows and design future-state business processes for transportation and supply chain systems.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents,
functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, story clarification, UAT coordination, defect triage, and BA sign-off activities in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create functional prototypes and validate business scenarios with end users and client stakeholders.
• Support development and enhancement of logistics applications, transportation management systems, customer portals, pricing workflows, and shipment booking platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical business and operational improvements.
• Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions for different user groups.
