Role Description This full time, on-site Pulmonologist role is based at Apollo Hospitals in Raurkela. The Pulmonologist will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of respiratory and related conditions, including outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and ICU support.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic investigations such as spirometry, imaging, and bronchoscopy, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves managing acute and chronic respiratory conditions, coordinating allergy and asthma care, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and clinical quality standards. The Pulmonologist will also contribute to patient education, mentoring junior medical staff, and supporting clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Pulmonology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of respiratory disorders.
• Competence in managing Asthma and Allergy-related conditions, including preventive care, patient counseling, and long-term follow-up.
