Role Description The MEP Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The specialist will develop and review MEP designs, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensure accurate coordination across disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating BIM models, performing clash detection, and collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues.



The role also involves preparing detailed drawings and documentation, supporting CAD-to-BIM and Scan-to-BIM workflows, and maintaining compliance with relevant codes and project standards. The MEP Specialist will contribute to project meetings, provide technical input on constructability, and help improve internal BIM processes and templates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including MEP Coordination and Plumbing Design.
• Candidates should possess Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including experience with Revit, BIM 360, and model management for MEP systems.
