Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Homecare Physiotherapist role based in Bhubaneswar. The Homecare Physiotherapist will visit clients at their homes to assess physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily tasks include conducting physical examinations, implementing exercise programs, educating clients and families on home-based care and injury prevention, and monitoring progress over time.



The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, coordinating with healthcare teams and NSS program coordinators, and promoting safe, evidence-based practices in line with organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
• Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution; registration with applicable skilled or state council where required.
• Clinical skills: Ability to perform physical assessments, design and implement treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
• Homecare and community engagement: Comfort working in clients’ homes, promoting patient safety, adapting treatment to varied environments, and demonstrating sensitivity to diverse social and cultural contexts.
