Alright TV is building the next generation of entertainment for young audiences through short-form and microdrama storytelling.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of key consumer product journeys and help drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation, and overall product growth.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous consumer problems, using data and experimentation to make decisions, and building products that directly impact business outcomes.

The Role
As a Product Manager, you will own key areas of the Alright TV consumer product experience — from content discovery and consumption to engagement, retention and monetisation.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing and Business teams to identify user problems, define product opportunities, build and launch solutions,



and continuously optimise them based on user behaviour and business performance.
The ideal candidate has robust experience building B2C/consumer products, understands growth and engagement metrics deeply, and is comfortable taking products/features from 0→1 through scale.

What You’ll Do
• Own the product roadmap and strategy for key consumer journeys across discovery, consumption, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention, LTV/CLTV, watch time, engagement, conversion and monetisation.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnels and product data to identify drop-offs, friction points and growth opportunities.
• Own the product funnel end-to-end — from acquisition and discovery to conversion, engagement and retention.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and improve key business metrics.
• Translate user insights and business objectives into clear product requirements, priorities
