Role Name: ServiceNow Developer - Any Niche Module

Responsibilities
Must Have Skills:
• Develop and configure solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB.
• Build workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, UI policies,



and Flow Designer solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and support platform upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with custom application development and integrations.
• Valuable understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.

Good to have Skills
1. Experience across multiple niche modules of ServiceNow.
2. CSA + CAD + CIS (Module Specific)
