About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, carousels, stories and engagement formats.
- Write or oversee captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design, video, content and performance marketing teams to ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, viral formats, trending audio and competitor activity.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly/weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Track significant metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, leads and conversions.
- Continuously test and improve content
