About the Role
We’re hiring a BDR / Senior BDR (2–4 years) to scale our US market.
We’re at a robust inflection point — we're seeing encouraging momentum, early wins are converting, and use cases are gaining traction.
You’ll build on this momentum for our existing product suite while accelerating growth of Facilio Atom, our AI layer.
We’re looking for someone passionate about SaaS and AI — someone who enjoys outbound, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and wants to build long-term enterprise capability in a high-impact market.
What You’ll Own
• Own outbound prospecting for the US market, focused on large enterprise real estate owners and operators
• Identify and prioritize the right accounts using defined ICPs and account-level research
• Execute thoughtful, relevant outreach to senior stakeholders (large property owners & operators)
• Generate high-quality meetings that convert into real sales opportunities
• Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion quality
• Apply proven outbound approaches and help drive consistency and discipline in execution
