We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer | Hyderabad

Are you someone who enjoys looking at ad numbers and figuring out what’s working, what’s not, and how to get better results?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team at TSCG Technologies in Hyderabad.

If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and enjoy working on campaigns, testing ideas, and generating real leads, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be working on

Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
Research audiences, targeting and retargeting
Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing pages
Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and campaign performance
Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve results
Work on campaigns for different client businesses
Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations
What we’re looking for

1–2 years of practical Performance Marketing experience




Positive hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Working knowledge of Google Ads
Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking and Google Analytics
Comfortable working with budgets and performance numbers
Analytical mindset with a willingness to experiment
Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
Telugu-speaking candidates are preferred
