Job Requirements

We are looking for a curious, high-agency Deployment Lead to join our Global Professional Services team and help build our new Customer Transformation capability. You will work directly with enterprise customers and partner closely with Applied AI, Solution Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Skilled Services teams to turn customer problems into practical solutions, adoption, and measurable business value.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will operate in a forward-deployed model, working close to customers, navigating ambiguity, bringing the right people together, and helping drive transformation across AI, Agents, enterprise technology, and customer workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, workflows, and operating environment.
• Participate in customer conversations, ask the right questions, and identify the problem behind the request.
• Help customers explore AI-powered Talent experiences, AI Agents, and emerging Phenom capabilities.




• Identify where AI can solve a meaningful customer problem and where it may not be the right solution.
• Partner with Solution Architecture, Product, Engineering, Applied AI, and Professional Services teams to turn ideas into practical customer outcomes.
• Help customers move from experimentation → validation → adoption → value.
• Translate real-world customer problems into clear internal decisions, actions, and priorities.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations by defining problem statements, actions, owners, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
• Bring the right Phenom expertise into customer situations at the right time.
• Drive progress across teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Identify blockers, escalate with context and recommendations, and follow through until meaningful progress is achieved.
