JOB PURPOSE:
To develop and grow the Company’s Battery Business by acquiring new customers, developing new applications, managing existing accounts and generating profitable sales across Automotive, Industrial, EV, Lithium-ion, VRLA and other battery segments. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to independently convert opportunities into business.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
• Identify and acquire new customers across target industries and applications.
• Generate leads through customer visits, references, networking, exhibitions, LinkedIn and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate battery solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations until order conversion.
• Develop new applications and markets for the Company’s battery products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross-margin targets.

Customer Management
• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




• Increase business from existing customers through new products and applications.
• Identify key decision makers and build relationships at multiple levels.
• Ensure regular follow-up and repeat business.
• Handle customer issues in coordination with internal teams.

Market Development
• Identify competitor products, pricing, customers and market trends.
• Identify new industries, OEMs, projects and applications where the Company’s batteries can be positioned.
• Develop competitor-conversion opportunities.

Sales Management
• Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline.
• Ensure regular customer visits and follow-ups.
• Update CRM / sales reports regularly.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Technical, Finance, Logistics and Management for smooth execution of orders.

The BDM Will be reviewed monthly on:
• Revenue Achievement
• Gross Margin Achievement
• Current Customers Added
