What you'll Own
• Content Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars.
• Ensure consistent, timely and platform-specific content execution.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

2.Trend Spotting & Moment Marketing
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, formats and conversations.
• Identify opportunities for real-time and moment marketing.




• Convert relevant trends into creative and engaging brand communication.

3.Social Activations & Collaborations:
• Plan and execute impactful social media activations and campaigns.
• Drive influencer, creator and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers, agencies and external partners for smooth campaign execution.
• Explore cutting-edge ways to increase brand reach, engagement and visibility.

4.Analytics, Insights & Optimisation
• Track and analyse social media performance across platforms.
• Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth and content performance.
• Identify actionable insights and continuously optimise the content strategy.
• Use data to understand what works and improve future campaigns.

5.Team Management
• Lead and coordinate the social media team.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
