Role Description The Sales CRM Executive is a full-time, in-office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) activities. This role involves maintaining accurate customer records, tracking sales pipelines, and generating reports to support informed decision-making. The Sales CRM Executive will coordinate with sales and customer service teams to improve customer experience, support retention initiatives, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.



Daily tasks include updating CRM data, monitoring customer interactions, analyzing sales trends, and assisting in the execution of sales campaigns. The role also includes identifying process improvements within the CRM system and supporting training and best practices for CRM usage across the team.
Qualifications
