Role Description The Telesales Executive role at Posspole is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services, qualify leads, and drive sales conversions. Responsibilities include explaining product value propositions,



addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses, and supporting customer onboarding. The Telesales Executive will also contribute to meeting individual and team targets while providing a high standard of customer interaction and support.
Qualifications
