We are looking for an AI-first Project Manager who understands social media end to end and knows how to use AI to make work smarter, faster and more efficient.
You should have a robust working knowledge of content, copy, design, video, social media platforms and analytics, along with hands-on experience using AI for research, creation, automation and project management.

What you’ll do
• Manage social media projects, timelines, teams and deliverables
• Coordinate content, design, video and client requirements
• Create briefs, calendars and workflows
• Review content and creatives before delivery
• Use AI for research, ideation, writing, images, video and data analysis
• Build prompts, agents, automations and repeatable AI workflows




• Analyze social media performance and extract actionable insights
• Identify ways to make agency processes faster and more scalable

You should know
• LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, content strategy, copywriting, visual communication, video workflows, analytics and personal branding.
• You should also be comfortable with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, image/video AI tools, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar platforms.
• We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, tech-savvy, proactive and excellent at figuring things out.
