We're hiring an F&B; Associate for a boutique wellness retreat we manage: an 8-acre private hillside estate overlooking a lake. 21 individually designed stays (no two alike), a farm-to-table kitchen fed by our own organic garden, and service that is warm, personal and unhurried.
Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.
What you'll do
• Serve guests across the restaurant, in-room dining and private or outdoor dining
• Know the menu well, including the story behind our garden produce, and recommend with confidence
• Set up, maintain and close service areas; handle POS billing
• Keep service areas clean, hygienic and guest-ready at all times
• Look after guest requests and feedback during service
Who we're looking for
• 1–3 years of F&B; service in a hotel, resort or restaurant (freshers with hotel management training will be considered)
• Friendly, attentive and well-groomed, with good English and Hindi (Marathi a plus)
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred
