Payroll Accountant (Oracle HCM) | 5+ Yrs | US Shift (6PM-3AM IST)
We are hiring a Payroll Accountant to manage month-end close, GL reconciliations, and payroll accruals.
Must Have:
5+ Yrs in US Multi-State Payroll Accounting
Solid in GAAP, Journal Entries, Variance Analysis
Hands-on with Oracle HCM & Advanced Excel
Experience with Equity, Supplemental Wages, Relocation
Good to Have: Public accounting / High-tech background, Audit support.
