About the RoleMadhuban Toyota is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities• Handle showroom walk-ins and understand customer requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and finance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth purchase experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Candidate Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.
• Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Smartphones, Apparel, Retail or other sales backgrounds with strong sales skills may also apply.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
