We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales | Global Food Pro 2027

IMS Foundation, jointly with Laghu Udyog Bharati (Karnataka Chapter), is organising Global Food Pro 2027 — an international food processing exhibition and conference, 13–15 May 2027 at BIEC, Bengaluru, backed by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries and Ministry of MSME, Government of India. We're bringing together 250+ exhibitors, 20,000+ trade visitors, and 500+ conference delegates from 20+ countries.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales for the event - owning the funnel end-to-end, from qualified lead to confirmed booking.

What you'll do:

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed exhibitors and sponsors across 17 food-processing sectors
• Manage outreach to national anchor brands and regional priority accounts




• Prepare and negotiate exhibition space and sponsorship proposals
• Build relationships with industry associations and trade bodies
• Represent GFP 2027 with senior industry stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally exhibition, trade fair, sponsorship, or event sales
• Proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline independently
• Confident communicator, comfortable pitching to senior decision-makers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
