Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Node.js and Next.js.
• Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship recent features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Actively participate in "vibe coding" sessions—collaborative,



focused coding sessions aimed at generating innovative solutions and maintaining a positive team dynamic.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have
• Exposure to or experience with AI tools like Cursor IDE or large language models such as Claude Sonnet.
• Understanding of Agentic AI Frameworks: Knowledge of how to build and integrate autonomous AI agents to handle complex, multi-step tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
