Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and coach an inside sales team to achieve revenue and enrollment targets for FACE Prep’s programs. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, overseeing lead qualification and follow-up,



conducting product demos or consultations, and ensuring timely closure of opportunities. The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless experience to prospective learners and institutional partners. The Inside Sales Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
