About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales personnel to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in ERP software sales and a robust passion for winning new business, consistently closing orders on time, and achieving revenue targets.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong passion for closing orders and a proven ability to independently drive revenue growth through ERP software sales.
This role requires an individual who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospect identification and lead generation to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and market research.
• Conduct customer meetings, requirement discussions, product presentations, and ERP demonstrations.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Achieve assigned revenue, order booking, and business development targets.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years of proven experience in ERP software sales.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
