Role Description
The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves making outbound calls to potential buyers, developers and investors, introducing relevant real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Daily responsibilities include following up with prospects, handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate project information,



maintaining detailed call and lead records, and coordinating with Sales Managers for further client engagement. The role requires confident and professional communication, particularly with NRI and international prospects.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of real estate telecalling/telesales experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, qualification, and customer follow-ups.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with prospective buyers and investors.
• Positive understanding of real estate projects and customer requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or call-management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Jaipur.
