About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who can independently manage and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and local brand-building activities.

This role requires someone who is highly execution-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and capable of coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate school events, exhibitions, activations, outdoor promotions, hoardings, flyers,



and other branding initiatives.
• Manage coordination with vendors, partners, agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant opportunities.
• Support lead-generation and local brand-awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign activities, expenses, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports with photographs, feedback, observations, and campaign updates.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and support the implementation of local marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing, events, education, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic digita
