Nutanix is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, People Business Partners to lead our India People Business Partner organization and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that drive business growth, organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and exceptional employee experience.

As the Director, People Business Partners for India, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, leadership culture, and organizational health of one of Nutanix's largest and most strategic global locations. You will build, develop, and scale a high-performing People Business Partner team, through data-driven decision making, AI-enabled workforce strategies, and innovative talent solutions. You will partner with executive leaders to optimize organizational performance, accelerate workforce productivity, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive adoption of emerging technologies that improve employee and manager experiences at scale.





The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive presence, organizational agility, and a passion for building scalable people solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will be based in Bangalore, India and report to the Vice President, People Business Partners. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

• Lead and scale the India People Business Partner organization, building team capability and driving strategic partnership across the business.
