Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on communications strategy, reputation management, and media engagement.
• Lead day-to-day client servicing and ensure high-quality delivery across mandates.
• Develop strategic communication plans aligned with client business objectives.

Media & Narrative Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, and trade media.
• Develop compelling narratives, thought leadership opportunities,



and media engagement strategies.
• Oversee development of press materials including press releases, media pitches, opinion pieces, and executive profiles.

Campaign & Program Management

• Lead integrated communications campaigns including product launches, corporate announcements, executive profiling, and industry events.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues within the technology sector.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that support client positioning and reputation.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor junior team members including Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Ensure quality control across client deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team setting.

Business Growth

• Support new business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic input.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client mandates.
