Unbordr helps travellers prepare better visa applications through technology-driven tools, structured documentation, and expert guidance. We’re working to make the visa preparation process simpler, clearer, and more organised.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with preparing and organising visa application documents.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency, and missing information.
• Help prepare visa-related documents, including cover letters, supporting letters, and checklists.
• Research visa requirements and documentation guidelines for different countries.
• Coordinate with applicants to collect documents and clarify information.
• Maintain accurate records and keep application documents organised.




• Identify discrepancies or gaps in applications and flag them to the team.
• Help improve documentation workflows and the overall customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior visa documentation experience is required.
• Robust attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• Willingness to learn, research, and follow structured processes.
• A genuine interest in travel, tourism, visa processing, or international mobility.
